Your Responsibilities:
End-to-end responsibility for acquiring strategically relevant new customers
Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for defined target segments
Identification and development of complex business opportunities in an enterprise environment
Management of sophisticated sales projects involving multiple stakeholders
Leading negotiations at C-level through to successful contract closure
Building and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
Close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to further develop the sales strategy
Continuous market analysis and identification of trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
Your Profile:
Proven track record of success in new logo sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customers
Strong hunter mentality combined with strategic sales capabilities
Confident presence and communication skills at executive and C-level
Ability to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions
High level of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies is a strong advantage
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
