As our Operations & Automation Associate, you will run and scale the operational backbone of our business. Your mission is to master our core workflows by running them yourself, then turn that knowledge into the automation and AI tooling that makes everything we do faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
It starts with the real work. You’ll process customer cases across our financial products, handling the due diligence and onboarding steps that take an applicant from first touch to live customer. Running these cases yourself is what builds your first-hand understanding of every workflow. The friction, the breakpoints, the repetition, and that’s what lets you not just automate the work, but design and connect the systems that tie the whole company together.
From there, you turn that frontline knowledge into systems that compound across the company, letting us handle more volume, more products, and more growth with the same lean team.
You will work closely with the founders, Product, and Tech teams, and report directly to the Head of Operations. This is a demanding, high-performance role with real room to grow: as Farmfin scales, so does your scope, ownership, and career.
Key Responsibilities:
Own customer applications from intake to live: review submitted information and run the KYB and compliance checks that get each case approved.
Map how each workflow actually runs, and pinpoint the manual, repetitive, and error-prone steps holding it back.
Build the automation that runs our operations, using HubSpot, AI, and the right tools for the job to handle the document- and data-heavy work, so routine cases move through the system with far less manual effort.
Standardize what works into SOPs, checklists, and templates, then partner with Product and Tech to turn the strongest processes into permanent product features.
Track throughput, turnaround times, and automation coverage, and use the numbers to find the next thing worth fixing.
