Front of House Lead - Field House

- Manages Front of House operations, station assignments and daily break schedules for the Field House, which includes coffee/pastry/juice/smoothie area - In the absence of the Market Manager (Hospitality) or Restaurant Manager, manages all back-of-house and front-of-house Field House operations and production - Provides leadership and support in designated food service area of responsibility and is the go-to leadership in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
