Lead Budtender – Embr Dispensary (Springfield, MA)
$19/hour + tips | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Lead the sales floor and support team members during high-volume shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide cannabis product guidance
- Assist with daily dispensary operations, including cash handling and store flow
- Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail dispensary environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or hospitality)
- Previous budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
- Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Must be 21+ and able to meet all requirements set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
