Key Responsibilities
Marketing Management
- Develop and implement marketing programs that equip the sales team with effective tools to drive strong top line growth and exceed bottom-line goals
- Lead holistic marketing strategic planning for new product introduction and manage product life cycles/package change
- Track performance dashboards
- Continuously refine the customer value proposition to maintain a competitive edge
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including KOLs and channel partners
- Manage longer-term marketing, brand and product roadmap
- Lead engagement of clinical society and patient association
- Keep up-to-date reimbursement policy and gov. policy
Business Planning
- Profile and segment customers to identify high value groups
- Evaluate business opportunities across different market segments
- Active contribution to Planning and Execution of new product launches
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, pricing movements, and competitor product launches
- Utilize market intelligence tools such as IQVIA to analyze sales trends, purchasing patterns, and generate insights into performance drivers and market movements
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Market intelligence: Monthly new clipping for change of DM and adjacent market
- Customer intelligence: Using Marketing Cloud,
- To manage and develop customer data and email customers with campaign including self-design
- Annual Market model exercise assessment and monthly pharmaceutical intelligence analysis
Marketing communication:
- Manage monthly A & P budgeting update
- Develop key program strategy and planning and manage KPI
- Marketing team management and marketing team capacity training, marketing operation dashboard management for KPI management
- To develop key messages and design and communicating with AD agency including internal approval process like Veeva and invoice etc. MLR reviews and creates local materials including internal approval processes like Veeva, invoice management and support of KMDIA approval
Internal coordination
- Oversee Vendor management
- Audit or support for quotation, payment operation, vendor creation, contract support in a timely manner
- Responsible for monthly payment operations like office lease, legal agency, corporate mobile, IT/GA/OA payment
- Sales and marketing support
- To plan exhibition/congress/AD/seminars
- Digital/social channel support:
- Plan and execute B2B & B2C promotion operation and summary of result
- Plan and execute B2C e-commerce store setup
- Plan and execute Daily social chat service monitoring and response
- Plan and execute consumer & HCP digital campaign operation
- Brand transition support
- Localization on key deliverables like brochure, video etc.
- Website transition support: Translation, technical support communication with global digital team including internal review process like Veeva and KMDIA
- Reporting
- K-sunshine/Sponsorship pre/post report to KMDIA
- Regular business reports for KR and regions: MBR and ad-hoc business report etc
- Required Skills
- Good interpersonal and influence skills
- Analytical thinking and strong customer orientation
- Predisposition to teamwork
- In depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of E-commerce
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare/Medtech industry
- Fluent in Korean and English
