Job Description
Why Flux
Flux is taking the hard out of hardware, by developing the first AI Hardware Engineer. Our goal is to democratize the ability to create bleeding edge hardware, and revolutionize how electronics are designed and built around the world.
About the role
Flux is building the default starting point for hardware design. We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, narrative, and launches so Flux is consistently understood and compelling across every surface and channel. You will report to the COO and work closely with product, design, and the GTM team.
What you will do
Own positioning and messaging: value props, proof points, competitive framing, and copy standards
Lead product launches end-to-end: briefs, narratives, assets, timelines, and channel coordination
Align GTM channels around one story: paid, SEO, lifecycle, social, community, and sales surfaces
Define segmentation and packaging messaging as Flux evolves (example: Starter vs Pro)
Build reusable systems: messaging libraries, launch playbooks, FAQs, objection handling, and copy blocks
Partner with product and design to improve key conversion surfaces where narrative meets experience
What we are looking for
Proven PMM experience for technical users (PLG, devtools, technical SaaS, or similar)
Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative skill with strong taste
Track record of running launches and coordinating across multiple teams
Ability to align channel owners without owning their execution
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
Nice to haves
Experience marketing to hardware engineers or adjacent technical communities
Experience with segmentation and tier narratives (Starter vs Pro, packaging, upgrades)
Background in fast-shipping product orgs with frequent launches
Experience partnering closely with lifecycle marketing and onboarding systems
