
Account Executive, Inside Sales

About the Role
As an Account Executive, Inside Sales, you'll play a key role in helping businesses simplify international payments and grow globally.
Working with new business enquiries, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from initial registration through to activation. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll conduct discovery calls, demonstrate the OFX platform, identify commercial opportunities and recommend solutions across FX, Global Payments, Multi-Currency Accounts and Corporate Cards.
This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused role where success is measured by your ability to build relationships, convert opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Onboarding and Customer Success, you'll help clients get up and running quickly while contributing directly to OFX's commercial growth.
What you'll do:
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify new business opportunities.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and position the OFX product suite.
- Build a pipeline and manage opportunities through to activation.
- Identify opportunities across FX, Global Payments, Multi-Currency Accounts and Corporate Cards.
- Work closely with Onboarding and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Drive activation, product adoption and revenue growth.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, business development or commercial role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A positive, resilient and results-driven attitude.
- A genuine desire to build a successful career in B2B sales.
- Experience within financial services, payments or fintech.
- Experience delivering presentations or product demonstrations.
- Understanding of international payments, foreign exchange or treasury solutions.

Formal qualifications are less important than attitude, determination and a willingness to learn. Full product and sales training will be provided to the successful candidate.
