Telesales Executive (UAEN)
Job Description
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling print products and services to existing and potential customers through outbound calls.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, timely support, and exceptional service.
- Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of daily activities, opportunities, and performance against targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone system
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
