Job Description

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling print products and services to existing and potential customers through outbound calls.

 

  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.

 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, timely support, and exceptional service.

 

  • Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of daily activities, opportunities, and performance against targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone system

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
