Overview Commerce Manager – Samsung (Constellation) | Starcom We’re hiring a Commerce Manager to help shape the future of global e-commerce for one of the world’s most recognised brands, Samsung. Sitting within Starcom’s Constellation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating connected, impactful commerce experiences across markets. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: Lead the development and delivery of global digital commerce initiatives from strategy through to execution Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, aligning global priorities with regional and local market needs Shape campaign and programme direction to maximise commercial impact and long-term growth Build strong, collaborative relationships with Samsung stakeholders and cross-functional teams Identify opportunities to improve performance, overcome challenges and optimise outcomes Bring teams together to drive alignment, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices Deliver high-quality outputs, ensuring excellence across planning, reporting and execution Qualifications Skills we’re looking for: Experience in a digital agency or similar environment across planning, activation, strategy or operations Confidence working with clients and managing deliverables in a clear and structured way Understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online customer journeys Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A collaborative mindset and ability to work across integrated teams Comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decision-making Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with attention to detail in analysis and reporting Additional information Starcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
