Start your journey as an Unlicensed Technician earning will be based on years of aircraft maintenance experience while gaining hands-on experience in our maintenance operations. Upon full completion of the A&P program and obtaining both Airframe and Powerplant licenses, your pay will increase based on years of experience hour (dependent on experience)
