UNIT MANAGER

As a Unit Manager, you are primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the assigned living unit to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. Depending on location, Unit Managers report to the Director of Group Living, Shift Supervisor and/or Program Director, and supervise the staff and students of the assigned living unit.
