The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing modern development methodologies, the engineer actively participates in iterative cycles to enhance performance and functionality, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow platform. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions. - Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow development.
