Job Description
Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Office in Q Sentral:
Analyst - Level 1 Data Center Operations (Global Data Center - Network)

Responsible to support organization by leveraging operations management tools such as ServiceNow ITSM, Datadog, BigFix, Alertsite, xMatters, LogicMonitor, Qualys and other misc. tools.
Interact diverse colleagues and stakeholders from various line of business within MMC

We will count on you to:
Provide continuous and consistent management reporting on the status of issues, actions, and resolutions
Manage severity incident calls and reports to appropriate management and teams
Provide technical support for all systems and applications hosted in the Global Data Centers
Review and report on incident trending and top 10 incidents for remediation
Maintain compliance to avoid risks of system outages or compromised data
Assist with operational and infrastructure related projects for related shift/team
Monitor assigned incidents and changes, track compliance with service management SLA’s and provisioning SLA’s
Monitor ticketing queues for regular up-dates
Review incidents, changes, and requests for updating and escalation to meet SLA
Monitor strict compliance in accordance with Tech standards, policies, and procedures
Provide escalation of severity 1 issues to management timely and appropriately
Provide on-shift staff with a senior technical escalation resource in data center operations and application support
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years hands on experience in a technical infrastructure operations/data center environment
Exhibits technical and hands-on experience supporting multi-platform network, server cyber operations and application environments
Experience in remote Data Center Operations
Must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
In-depth knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring
Knowledge of backup technologies
Experience with Change Control Ticketing and Incident Reporting
Experience with Cyber Operations support and risk analysis
What makes you stand out:
Willing to work on shift basis:- Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 6:00AM to 4:00PM MY Time
Understanding of ITIL and ISO operating guidelines; certification in ITIL preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage in a large global company and or complex IT environment preferred
Strong communication skills
