The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa are inviting applications from Qualified Caymanians, Status Holders, or Permanent Residence with the rights to work to apply for the following post.

Massage Therapist

The Message Therapist will work as a member of our Hibiscus Spa team, performing Spa services at the highest level including: massages and body treatments in a safe and professional manner on our guests. The Massage Therapist will report directly to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.

Experience & Qualifications

• Therapeutic Massages: Perform expert body treatments including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.
• Safety & Standards: Execute all spa services in strict accordance with Spa SOPs, sanitation regulations, and health codes.
• Inventory & Upkeep: Maintain an orderly treatment room and track product stock levels to notify management of low inventory.
• Guest Advisory: Act as a product and service expert, confidently answering guest questions and recommending tailored treatments.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure absolute punctuality for all client bookings and collaborate with the spa team to support daily operations.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist, with a background in a high-end hospitality or resort spa environment.
• Licensing & Education: Graduate of an accredited school of massage therapy. Must hold a current massage/body treatment license that meets Cayman Islands CPAM (Council for Professions Allied with Medicine) registration criteria.
• Technical Knowledge: Formal skincare training and advanced certification in full body Anatomy & Physiology.
• Core Traits: Exceptional guest relations skills, a polished professional appearance, and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Schedule: Complete flexibility to work varied shifts based on resort demands, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We offer a remuneration of guaranteed $393.75 KYD weekly plus competitive commission
