About the Role
You'll be the fifth senior PM seat at Thorit, the named delivery owner for 4 to 6 concurrent enterprise HubSpot programs (€100k+ each). The role is genuinely accountable: you own project P&L, you run client steering committees with VP and C-level, you decide weekly red, yellow, or green, and you co-drive the follow-on SoWs that grow accounts.
Our growth today is capped by PM capacity, not by consulting capacity. This hire unlocks 4 to 6 additional enterprise programs per year and creates redundancy on critical accounts.
What You'll Do
You'll run 4 to 6 concurrent HubSpot implementation programs of €100k+ each, on budget and on scope, with no project losing more than 10% of forecast margin
You'll maintain ≥ 85% billable utilisation across active programs, tracked transparently in Forecast
You'll drive ≥ €150k in expansion and upsell revenue from existing accounts via co-anchored follow-on SoWs, in partnership with the senior consultant on each account
You'll stabilise 2 existing accounts handed over within the first 60 days (clean Forecast allocation, healthy Jira backlog, weekly client cadence)
You'll establish weekly red/yellow/green reporting via Forecast and Jira, visible to leadership without follow-up
You'll tighten change-request discipline so every CR is documented, signed, and re-baselined within 5 working days
You'll mentor 1 to 2 junior PMs on stakeholder management and risk escalation
You'll contribute to the PMO playbook with at least 2 reusable templates (kickoff deck, steering committee deck, project closure report)
What You Bring
Must-haves
5+ years running end-to-end CRM, RevOps, or comparable B2B SaaS implementation programs as the accountable PM, with at least 5 such programs personally delivered
Direct P&L accountability on past programs. You read time registrations weekly, catch margin drift before it crosses 5%, and run scope and change-order conversations with the client without leadership cover
Track record of running client steering committees with VP and C-level on the customer side, including delivering bad news without losing the relationship
Track record of personally helping grow at least one client account commercially (follow-on SoW, scope expansion, additional phase) in partnership with the senior consultant
Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, and a resource-planning tool (Forecast, Float, Tempo, or similar). Productive in our stack within 2 weeks
Documented personal red/yellow/green criteria, not "gut feel"
Bilingual delivery, native German plus business English. Direct, non-corporate written tone
Nice-to-haves
HubSpot delivery experience as PM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub at enterprise scale)
Experience standing up or contributing to a PMO playbook at a previous consulting firm
Prior mentoring or PM team-lead experience
Your Team
You'll join the PMO Team within our PMO Practice, working alongside four senior PMs. You'll report to the Director Development & Technology, who serves as the interim leadership contact until the permanent PMO Practice Lead seat is filled. Day-to-day, you'll partner with senior consultants from the Consulting Practice (Advisory and Implementation teams) and the Development & Technology Practice (Tech Consulting, Development, AI). You'll mentor 1 to 2 junior PMs on stakeholder management and risk escalation.

Core PM Stack: Jira, Confluence, Forecast (resource and project planning)
Client Platform: HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub)
AI & Automation: Claude AI, Claude Code, internal agentic tooling
Reporting & Communication: Forecast for budget and capacity, Jira for delivery, Confluence for decisions, Slack for ops chatter (decisions go to Confluence, not Slack)
