We are looking for an experienced Creative Manager for Social Lions to lead social-first creative work for leading brands and clients. Overview This role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who lives and breathes social media, knows how to turn strategy into bold ideas, and can guide creative teams from concept to execution. Responsibilities Lead the creative vision for a variety of brands and clients. Develop creative concepts for campaigns, content initiatives, and social media activations. Manage and mentor social creative teams, providing professional guidance and creative direction. Ensure a high standard of creative output that aligns with brand values and business objectives. Lead brainstorming sessions, develop innovative ideas, and present creative concepts to clients. Identify emerging social trends, platforms, and content opportunities, and bring them into the agency’s creative work. Oversee content productions and shoots, from idea development through final execution. Build creative strategies for the brands and clients under your responsibility. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in creative roles within the social media space, preferably after holding a creative management role. Experience as a Creative Director in a social agency or digital agency is an advantage. Proven experience developing and leading campaigns and social content for leading brands. Strong ability to lead creative thinking processes and translate strategy into ideas and deliverables. Deep understanding of key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Excellent presentation skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. An impressive portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, innovation, and business impact. Strong understanding of social media, creative ideation, and scriptwriting. Familiarity with RTM and OBM social processes.
