Rating Supervisor

As a Commercial Processing Supervisor (or Rating Supervisor), you will be responsible for the management and development of rating staff, including training oversight, conducting quality reviews, coaching and mentoring, and performance evaluation. You'll also ensure that team members meet or exceed departmental, service, and quality goals while supporting a culture of operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cross‑team collaboration.
