Creative Producer Manager at AnyMind Group

As a Creative Producer Manager (Creator Growth) ,you are the strategic lead bridging client briefs and high-impact creative execution. You will drive the creative direction, manage end-to-end campaign workflows, and mentor a talented team. Your goal is to ensure every piece of content is not only creative and on-brand but also data-driven, platform-optimized, and delivered with excellence.

Creative Leadership & Strategy: Lead the translation of client briefs into compelling narratives, "Big Ideas," and platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, IG, FB, etc.).
Performance & Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics (Views, Engagement, CTR) to extract actionable insights, continuously refining strategies to drive growth and performance.
Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team. Foster a culture of excellence, provide performance coaching, and oversee professional development while streamlining workflows to ensure operational efficiency and timely project delivery.
Performance Optimization: Define creative frameworks and enforce rigorous quality control standards for all scripts, visuals, and copy to ensure audience resonance.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central liaison between Account, Strategy, Production, and KOL teams to facilitate clear communication and efficient feedback loops.

At least 5 years of experience in digital media, video production, or content strategy within a creative agency, with at least 2–3 years in a dedicated managerial or team-leading capacity.
Deep understanding of creator economics, platform algorithms, and emerging digital trends.
A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative direction, narrative design, and high-quality production standards.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and scale creative teams, manage cross-functional workflows, and coordinate with external production vendors.
Exceptional skills in project management, communication, and managing multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of presenting ideas and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
