Legal & Corporate Secretarial Support– ASPAC 5 countries, + IN (+ 10+ Indirect Markets)
Contract review, redlining, and comparison, Copy Reviews (450+ low-risk documents annually)
Drafting addendums, routine correspondence, summaries, NDAs, and internal memos under supervision.
Corporate secretarial support: Board Meeting scheduling, statutory filings, entity records.
Coordination with cross functional stakeholders
Document execution, notarization, and legalization workflow coordination
AI & Technology Enablement
Work with AI tools within the department (contract automation, research).
Administrative & Operational
Preparation of reports, presentations, and budget trackers for the legal team.
Coordination of external counsel engagements and invoice management.
Maintenance of contract templates, and legal databases.
Minimum requirement-
- Fresh Law Graduate OR
- Pursuing an LLB/CS degree, OR
- 6–12 months of experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate secretarial role.
- Strong written English is required.
- Familiarity with AI tools in a professional context is preferred, as the role will support the department's ongoing legal-tech initiatives.
