P&O Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of people & org. plans for specific business unit(s) at a country / site level and supporting the delivery of consistent P&O experience across employee lifecycle. You would also be responsible for coordination of administrative P&O activities for specific business unit(s) or site(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the Performance mgmt. for specific business unit(s) or site(s): partners with organization and people leaders to build high-performing teams, supports annual performance management process.
Supports Talent Acquisition in Employer branding (local EVP) and manages Onboarding.
Supports Rewards in Year-End process, Global Mobility, Compensation, Job Evaluation and manages local Benefits.
Supports position changes and position management process (incl. promotions and exits) and initiates org. changes.
Supports and/or actively involved in the local Culture & DEI initiatives and eng. plans.
Supports ER in Speak-up and other local matters.
Coordinates and executes the P&O administrative activities for specific business unit(s) or site(s).
Supports the implementation of P&O initiatives and/or other P&O projects.
What you will bring to the role
University degree in human resources management, economics, or other equivalent social science degree
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What we offer:
Job location: Ljubljana
Contract type: temporary contract (1 year)
Expected weekly working hours: 40
Pay range (annual gross salary): € 27.200 - € 40.800*
Salary at Sandoz is based on job level, qualifications, specific skills, and work experience. Fully proficient candidates are usually placed around the market median, less experienced candidates lower in the range, and those with strong or niche expertise higher. When determining placement within the range, we also consider internal pay equity and external market data. *
Our compensation package additionally includes:
Annual bonus (STI): percentage of annual salary
Vacation allowance: in 2025 it was €2,430.99 net
Christmas bonus: in 2025 it was €2,100 gross
OurShare: eligible employees will receive Sandoz shares once per year
Allowance for shift work (15%); rotational shifts (20%), night shift work (70%), Sunday/public holiday work (50%), overtime work (30%) – if applicable for position

Podpora upravljanju uspešnosti za določene poslovne enote ali lokacije: sodeluje z vodji organizacije in kadrov za izgradnjo visoko učinkovitih timov ter podpira letni proces upravljanja uspešnosti.
Podpora Talent Acquisition pri employer brandingu (lokalni EVP) ter upravljanje procesa onboardinga.
Podpora nagrajevanju (Rewards) v letnem zaključnem procesu, globalni mobilnosti, kompenzaciji, vrednotenju delovnih mest ter upravljanje lokalnih ugodnosti.
Podpora spremembam delovnih mest in procesu upravljanja pozicij (vključno z napredovanji in odhodi) ter sprožanje organizacijskih sprememb.
Podpora in/ali aktivno sodelovanje pri lokalnih pobudah na področju kulture, DEI in načrtov angažiranosti.
Podpora Employee Relations (ER) pri Speak-up in drugih lokalnih zadevah.
Koordinacija in izvajanje administrativnih P&O aktivnosti za določene poslovne enote ali lokacije.
Podpora pri implementaciji P&O pobud in/ali drugih P&O projektov
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
Visokošolska ali univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe kadrovsko menedžerske, ekonomske ali druge ustrezne družboslovne smeri
Tekoče znanje angleščine
Poznavanje orodij Microsoft Office

Plačni razpon: 27.200 - 40.800 EUR bruto*
Plača v Sandozu temelji na nivoju delovnega mesta, kvalifikacijah, specifičnih veščinah in znanjih ter delovnih izkušnjah. Visoko usposobljeni kandidati so običajno umeščeni okoli mediane plačnega razpona, manj izkušeni na spodnji del razpona, kandidati z izrazito močnimi ali nišnimi kompetencami pa višje. Pri umeščanju v plačni razpon upoštevamo tudi notranjo uravnoteženost plač in zunanje tržne podatke.*
