Mixer – Manufacturing Operations

What You'll Do
- Accurately mix batters, fillings, and doughs according to company formulas and production schedules
- Record all required data on daily reports and work-center schedules
- Operate and maintain industrial mixing equipment including Hobart, AMF, Tonelli, and VMI mixers, braziers, chocolate melters, and margarine melters
- Scale ingredients precisely and adjust formulas for different batch sizes
- Communicate closely with your Lead or Supervisor to meet changing production demands
- Maintain a consistent pace with the production line while upholding the highest quality standards
- Report equipment issues immediately to minimize downtime
- Actively participate in our yearly GFSI/FSSC 22000 food safety audit and help develop procedures and corrective actions
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 6 months – 1 year of related manufacturing or mixing experience (food production preferred)
- Strong math skills – comfortable interpreting formulas and scaling batches accurately
- Upper and lower body strength with good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Natural ability to lead and give direction to a Mixer Assistant when needed
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Flexibility to work other shifts/hours as production needs require
