Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer in Beerse, Belgium.

The Global Engineering & technology (GET) organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Automation Systems activities. This occurs in a drug product environment where we execute formulation and packaging activities. At the same time as GET we deploy the newest technologies and provide maintenance and support services not only for commercial activities but also for the development activities at the Beerse site.

This is an exciting, high impact role with focus on CSV and Data Integrity processes.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on computer system validation strategy, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across systems and projects.
  • Ensure systems are validated with a fit-for-purpose approach, especially in evolving environments (automation, AI, digitalization).
  • Work closely with the Automation team, Quality, Operations, IT and Engineering to align validation activities with business needs.
  • Present and defend validation strategies, system status, and compliance posture during regulatory and customer audits.
  • Own, govern and improve CSV processes, methodologies, and tools; ensure alignment with evolving regulations and internal standards.
  • Provide coaching and oversight to external CSV engineers and their activities ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€72,500.00 - €115,230.00
