If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most.    What You'll Do:  Support users on L1 IT assistance, install apps, setup peripherals, onsite and remote network, VPN, windows, office 365 and company apps troubleshooting.  Image new computers. Monitor cybersecurity and address vulnerabilities on our company pc´s . Helping on replace or move infrastructure company hardware’s (server, routers, Wi-Fi antennas, switches) IT coverage on company events   What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware. Some hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, personal projects, or part-time IT support roles is a plus. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches). Interest in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
