Weāre searching for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team.
š¹ Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
š¹ Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantageāideally as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager
š¹ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
š¹ A passion for fostering childrenās development and creating positive relationships with families
š¹ Applicants must be subject to States of Guernsey registration
š¹ Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership
