IC Controlling Teamleader

What will be your responsibilities?

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the controlling team within the RVS EU organization
• Leading, motivating, and developing team members
• Coordinating planning processes (budget, forecast, outlook)
• Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and investments
• Validating headcount and personnel cost planning
• Performing operative controlling and managing cost positions
• Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Analyzing and presenting financial data to stakeholders
• Supporting profitability improvement initiatives
• Developing controlling tools and processes

 

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• Have several years of experience in controlling
• Possess strong knowledge of financial KPIs
• Are experienced with SAP FICO and MS Office
• Have knowledge of IFRS and ideally HGB
• Have a strong analytical mindset
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Are fluent in English (German is an advantage)
