Job Description

Overview

Coordinates with staff and stakeholders to carry out trauma related activities associated with the Capital Regional Advisory Committee (CapRAC) Healthcare Coalition and other regional health providers. Participates with the State of NC for Trauma Regional preparedness work and provides all required updates to the NC Office of EMS.  Ensures the development of appropriate performance improvement activities related to pre-hospital trauma care.  Reviews trauma program data to identify and plan impactful injury prevention activities in the community.  Coordinates the daily activities of injury prevention staff, provides coaching and technical guidance, and conducts performance reviews.
