Job Description

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for BrightSign and Carousel digital signage systems.

  • Manage content scheduling, publishing, and updates across signage endpoints.

  • Lead or assist in migration projects between signage platforms or hardware upgrades.

  • Monitor signage performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Communications, Facilities) to align signage content with business needs.

  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.

  • Train end-users and stakeholders on signage tools and best practices.

  • Stay updated on digital signage trends and recommend improvements.

  • Proven experience with BrightSign and Carousel digital signage platforms.

  • Strong understanding of digital signage networks, media players, and content management systems.

  • Experience with signage migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, firewalls, remote access).
