Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Product Account Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping coordinate product-related initiatives, maintain account relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Assist with product inquiries, account updates, and service coordination.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
  • Support project coordination and product-related initiatives from planning through completion.
