Due to a regional internal transfer, we are seeking a Dental Equipment Sales Specialist to join our Queensland team, driving growth across our equipment portfolio. Covering Brisbane south of Brisbane River through to Coffs Harbour, you will combine strong sales capability with end-to-end project management. Working closely with the service department and broader sales team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, managing complex projects from planning through to installation, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage an existing customer base while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both independently and through leads generated by the wider sales team
Collaborate with the wider sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and that we also achieve set commercial targets
Provide consultative sales support to influence purchasing decisions
Train and upskill internal teams on product knowledge and application
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to your customers
Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pronto) to manage activity and support sales
Travel in field across your set territory which may include nights away for regional trips
Involvement at key dental expos, which will include occasional weekend work.
Required Skills and Experience:
Dental industry experience with knowledge of products, equipment and clinical applications
1-2 years consultative sales, ideally within the dental, medical or allied health sector (preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the confidence to present and engage stakeholders at all levels
Commercial acumen with strong organisational capability, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
High level of integrity, professionalism and willingness to learn and develop
Valid driver’s licence
