Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? I-MED Radiology QLD/NT is seeking a Doctor Administration Coordinator to support our growing network of Radiologists across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team and play a key role in supporting specialist clinicians delivering critical diagnostic services across both private and public healthcare settings.
🌟 About the Role
As the Doctor Administration Coordinator, you will support the coordination and administration of our doctor network by coordinating a broad range of administrative and workflow functions. This includes doctor onboarding, credentialing, rostering support, reporting workflow coordination, travel management, and compliance administration. You will work closely with doctors, clinical teams, and operational leaders to ensure efficient coordination and continuity across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting doctor onboarding and administrative requirements, including hospital credentialing, insurance documentation, and Medicare provider number applications
- Managing doctor travel planning and bookings in alignment with operational and roster requirements
- Supporting delivery of the doctor reporting workflow plan to ensure effective resource allocation, clinical coverage, and alignment with operational priorities
- Maintaining Radiation Health Management records and Location Specific Practice Numbers (LSPNs)
- Ensuring doctor personnel records remain accurate, current, and compliant
- Providing general administration support to Service Delivery and Regional Management teams

✅ What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Previous experience in administration, executive support, workforce coordination, or healthcare administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with rostering systems, workforce coordination, or healthcare administration will be highly regarded
