Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Wholesales Account Manager to manage and grow a predefined portfolio of Tier 1 wholesales clients across LATAM.
This role is focused on revenue growth, gross profit, and margin performance within a fast‑paced, high‑volume wholesales messaging environment. Clients operate with large volumes of international messaging traffic, where pricing, routes, and volumes can change quickly.
Success in this position requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, agility, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
This is a cross-country LATAM role within a regional squad structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a predefined portfolio of Tier 1 wholesales accounts across LATAM.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients to drive business growth.
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for clients.
- Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, routing strategies, and volume-based agreements for international messaging traffic.
- Monitor messaging traffic volumes and pricing to protect and support revenue and margin performance.
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets, with a strong focus on gross profit, margin percentage, revenue growth, and cross-sell performance.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Understand clients’ structures and processes when selecting and implementing new solutions.
- Position Infobip against competitors within the wholesale messaging market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client business expectations.
- Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
What we´re looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with high volumes of data and numbers.
- Ability to operate with agility in a fast‑changing environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Resilience in managing volume fluctuations and market dynamics.
- Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
- Spanish is a plus
