ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM The Product Specialist will become member of the SITA Baggage at Airports Solution Specialist Team, supporting pre-sales operations as well as the product management arm with the data management activities. WHAT YOU WLL DO: Perform a range of administrative activities to support departmental and functional operations. Gather, consolidate, and organize information from multiple sources to support decision-making. Maintain records, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval. Execute data management tasks within defined areas, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes. Maintain and update databases and systems with accurate and timely information. Contribute to service delivery activities by assisting teams in day-to-day business functions. Assist in product management activities, including: Gathering insights from internal and external sources Preparing basic analyses and summaries Supporting documentation and reporting Maintaining product-related information and records Act as a liaison between product managers, service management, sales, and development teams. Support communication and alignment across stakeholders involved in product and operational initiatives. Assist in the implementation of product strategy and roadmap activities. Raising purchase requisition requests and handling the purchase order process for the product team internal needs. Potential to evolve into project management/coordination activities Qualifications ABOUR YOUR SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in product-related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases or data tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and develop product and market knowledge. WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
