Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the gambling sector. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of projects, ensuring delivery is well planned, well controlled and communicated effectively across stakeholders. The role supports predictable delivery by managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, budget tracking and business readiness activities in line with team standards and governance Key Responsibilities: Deliver assigned projects end-to-end on a day-to-day basis, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.  Manage and control project scope, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented and changes are appropriately assessed and governed.  Develop, maintain and track project plans and milestones, proactively identifying risks to timelines and driving follow-up actions to keep delivery on track.  Ensure delivery is supported by appropriate quality controls, documentation, testing coordination and readiness activities.  Provide clear, concise and timely communication to stakeholders, building strong relationships across delivery teams and business functions.  Coordinate project resources and inputs across cross-functional teams, highlighting resourcing constraints and supporting prioritisation where needed.  Use agreed project management methods, tools and governance processes consistently, including RAID management, reporting, actions and decision logs.  Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans and escalation paths are clear.  Monitor project costs and forecasts, supporting financial control and raising any budget concerns promptly.  Support business readiness and change activity to help ensure successful adoption of project outcomes into operational use.  Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of team standards, templates and delivery practices.  Requirements:  At least 2 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary software development projects in fast-paced, Agile environments.  Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams, including software, hardware, and operations disciplines.  Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and best practices.  Experience within the gambling or gaming industry is desirable.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.  #Interactive
