Job Description
The ADT Monitoring team is looking for someone that is a pivotal part to our noble purpose of saving lives. The first step is helping protect our customers when an alarm signal is received. This role requires attention to detail, troubleshooting, empathy and active listening skills. On average the role fields up to 100 calls per shift, including both incoming and outgoing alarm calls.
