Job Description
What You’ll Do:
This is a delivery first, execution oriented leadership role. This leader will hire and scale the initial India team, own delivery quality, handle customer escalations during North America off hours, and serve as the on site operating leader for all post sales functions.
You will build and run all of Nue’s post sales organization in India, starting with Professional Services and Technical Account Management, and later expanding into Support.
Responsibilities:
• Hire and scale the initial India post sales team, including Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Support Engineers
• Own delivery quality for new customer CPQ and billing implementations
• Own post go live technical ownership and ongoing customer success execution
• Serve as the escalation owner for enterprise customers during North America off hours
• Define and enforce delivery standards, quality bars, and training programs
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership in North America
• Build operating rigor, documentation, and repeatable execution processes
• Develop and mentor high performing delivery and customer experience leaders
• Act as the on site leader and cultural anchor for Nue’s India hub
What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for a senior, hands on post sales leader with deep CPQ and billing domain expertise.
• Deep hands on experience delivering enterprise CPQ and billing implementations at a previous SaaS organization
• Strong background in quote to cash, subscription billing, and ERP integrations
• Personally led multiple complex CPQ and billing programs end to end
• Experience managing Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Support teams with an emphasis on PS
• Experience owning enterprise customer escalations
• Experience building and scaling teams from scratch
• Strong hiring manager capability
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
