The Compliance & Risk Analyst plays a key role in supporting Neighborhood Healthcare’s commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational excellence. This position collaborates across departments to uphold policies and safety standards, manage incidents and complaints, and track, analyze, and report risk and compliance data. The role supports patient and staff safety initiatives, maintains thorough documentation, and communicates findings through presentations and stakeholder engagement. Ideal for a proactive, detail‑driven professional who values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Hybrid schedule: 1 day remote/4 days in office.
