Maintenance Technician II (Cecilia, Farley, Tiburon Hills, Bee Street - 1441,1414,1303,1401)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at Cecilia, Farley, Tiburon Hills, and Bee Street in Tiburon, affordable senior and family housing communities in Belvedere, and Sausalito. These are Tax Credit, HUD, and HUD Section 8 properties. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and have knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Will be required to complete janitorial duties. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have basic computer skills. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
