What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Help parents get ready to welcome a baby into their lives and continue to support and encourage these families over the baby’s first five years.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
- Provide support and education to families in their home to support healthy childhood growth and development.
- Offer a listening ear to parents and connections to supportive services in the community.
- Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
- Meet weekly with your supervisor to review progress and home visits
- Create an individualized family service plan with goals, objectives, and activities to meet the family’s needs.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and reliable transportation
1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
A compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who believes in family-centered support
What We Offer
Hourly pay: $22 - 22.50 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
