Central Maintenance Electrical Leader 1st Shift

The Maintenance Electrical Leader is responsible for assisting the Foreperson with the overall safe, efficient, and effective operation of their assigned department to meet established production goals. The Leader will also maintain housekeeping standards, tour readiness, and effective communication and engagement with all co-workers. Provide overall direction of the department(s) in coordination with their peers on the opposite shifts.
