About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments. You'll implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect and record data during each session, and write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements. Our ideal candidate is committed to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress

• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development

What You Bring:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations
