7,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time LPN’s Part Time Employees will receive a prorated sign on bonus The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse, administers routine services in caring for sub-acute, chronic and convalescent adult/geriatric residents.  This care is rendered in accordance with established policies and procedures.  To provide necessary nursing care for the residents of this facility in keeping with the Mission, Vision and Goals of Catholic Health Services of Long Island.
