What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Responsible for the successful execution of NPI projects for Valves business product line. Lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive stakeholder satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance. Market sizing, footprint optimization and portfolio enhancement. Conduct Gate0s working with IPT for business case, timelines and resource estimations.

Can work with Strat plans to understand the strategize the business portfolio enhancements.
Can lead and manage end to end projects from NPI & STP
Manages the Lifecycle Financials of the New products introduction Program(s) and projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
Thorough understanding of PROPM and PROLaunch.
Plays a key role in developing business proposals and executing the overall program plan.
Provides monthly project updates of the current situation relating to project milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).
Controls efforts and expenditures within limitations of project budget responsibilities.
Works in a cross-disciplinary manner with other departments (e.g., Product Engineering, Sourcing ,Manufacturing etc) and facilitates the phase gate processes.
Monitors overall performance during all phases of the project and develops and implements corrective action.
Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely deliverables on project related issues.
Leads the creation of the integrated project plans & schedules, project budget in partnership with the team and the organization. Manage, forecast, collect cost and report on project budget / schedule"
