POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:

  • Manage the conference and events services, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
  • Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Assist with the conference and events operational tasks
  • Be an engaging and inspiring assistant manager by providing motivation and support to our crew
  • Ensure the conference and event spaces are adequately clean at all times 
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.

 

About You:

  • An up to date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
