How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead and inspire nursing and support teams during your shift, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Design and manage daily patient care assignments, strategically matching staff strengths with patient needs to optimize clinical outcomes and elevate the patient experience.
Mentor and develop frontline staff by providing real-time coaching, constructive feedback, and contributing to performance evaluations that support their professional growth.
Champion care quality by proactively monitoring shift operations, identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes, and swiftly resolving care concerns or patient feedback.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
