Job Description
These positions are vital to the daily operations of the Water System and are responsible for handling customer gains and finals, delinquent service orders, high bill complaints, leaks, stopped meters, and pressure and flow problems throughout the County. They also handle after hours emergency calls on a weekly rotating basis. These positions are located in the Field Services Division of the Water System. The schedule for these positions will be as follows: Day Shift Monday – Friday (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) OR Night Shift Monday – Friday (11:30 am – 8:00 pm) Please note, day shift requires standby every 22 weeks, and night shift includes shift differential pay.
