YOUR MISSION

  • Responsible for the management of the global partnership, driving the holistic partnership strategy, and serving as the main point of contact for the partner and internal stakeholders.
  • Own the creation and management of the partnership calendar, setting up clear milestones in alignment with our Category, Sourcing, and Go To Market calendars.
  • Steer collaboration across product, marketing, GTM, and regional teams to ensure success across all touchpoints of the partnership.
  • Closely collaborate with the Global Go-to-Market to ensure a flawless GTM process.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team on budget, creative direction, and concepts to create assets and promote and activate the collaboration.
  • Track and report on business performances on the collaborations based on sales figures and feedback.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to ensure effective communication with Partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that the PUMA brand's image and reputation are maintained at the highest level in all dealings with external parties.

YOUR TALENT

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
