Job Description
The Newmark Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team is looking to bring on an Analyst to join the New York office with a primary focus on hospitality transactions. The group is comprised of a deep team of real estate investment banking professionals from various real estate equity and finance backgrounds. The Analyst will be joining the preeminent team in the market that has executed over $180 billion of transactions since 2019, including more than $21 billion of hotel transactions.
The Debt & Structured Finance team is focused on the placement of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investors. While the broader team executes transactions across all property types, including office, retail, industrial, data centers, and alternative assets throughout North America, the Analyst will primarily support the team’s hospitality practice, which advises on hotel property and portfolio/platform level transactions.
