Key Responsibilities
Machine & Equipment Maintenance Ensure proper upkeep of all machine tools, equipment, accessories, and utilities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Maintenance Planning Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, identify required resources, and execute maintenance activities effectively.
TPM & 5S Implementation Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives across the plant to improve reliability, safety, and workplace organization.
Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of Factory Inspector and ISO standards, maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency in plant operations.
Team Coordination Lead and coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Qualification: BE(Mech) / DME
Experience : 7 to 9 yrs
