Field Sales Representative - Hattiesburg, MS

At Monogram Health, we are transforming care for high-risk patients with multiple chronic conditions, and as a Field Sales Representative, you are at the heart of that mission. In this role, you will engage face-to-face with Monogram-eligible patients who could benefit from our services but are not currently enrolled in our program. By educating patients on Monogram, answering their questions, and building their trust, you’ll help connect them to life-changing care.
