About the Role
The Fulfillment Clerk role is part of the Materials department, located in Hartsville, TN. This position reports to the Fulfillment Supervisor and does not have direct reports. The primary responsibilities include order processing, shipment coordination, and serving as the liaison between Customer Service and the Hartsville fulfillment team.

About the Role
The Fulfillment Clerk role is part of the Materials department, located in Hartsville, TN. This position reports to the Fulfillment Supervisor and does not have direct reports. The primary responsibilities include order processing, shipment coordination, and serving as the liaison between Customer Service and the Hartsville fulfillment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Shipment Coordination: Process customer orders accurately in E1, monitor order status, communicate shipment updates, and assist with scheduling shipments.
- Customer Service Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service regarding order status and shipment updates, and handle inquiries related to shipping, order status, and returns.
- Returns & Credits: Process returns, coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Quality, and assist with credit memo documentation.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records in E1, support daily fulfillment reporting, and escalate shipment risks.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, Inventory Control, and Customer Service to drive continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in fulfillment, shipping, customer service, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems (E1 preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with E1 system and shipping documentation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent computer use and occasional walking on the production/warehouse floor.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and warehouse environment.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional extreme temperatures.
